Use the lamp anytime you decide to relax with a dose of therapeutic light, which can provide you with a soothing relaxation. Simply turn the adjustable user-friendly controls to fine-tune the brightness of your sun lamp by choosing from a range of brightness levels between 2,000 to 12,000 lux.

With flexible color temperature control you can choose your preferable colors from a cool ish tone to warmer tones. Adjust from 3,000 to 6,500k, giving you a range of different color temperatures to suit your needs.

With a built in timer function, set it go off at you're preferred intervals of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. It also features a power-saving mechanism to help conserve energy.
